Deactivate or delete your account

You can do both from inside the app, and deletion can be undone for about 28 days.

Deactivating

Deactivation hides your profile, posts and activity from everyone else. Nothing is deleted, and signing back in restores your account exactly as it was.

Deleting

Deletion hides your account immediately and starts a cancellation window of about 28 days. If you sign back in during that window, the deletion is cancelled and your account returns. If you don't, your data is permanently deleted at the end of it.

How to delete your account from the app

  1. 1Open 15 Minutes and sign in.
  2. 2Go to Settings.
  3. 3Open Account.
  4. 4Choose Delete account.
  5. 5Confirm. Your account is hidden right away.

What is deleted

Your profile, posts, comments, likes, messages you sent, follow and connection relationships, and your interest selections are removed at the end of the cancellation window. Reports you filed and records we are required to keep for legal or safety reasons may be retained.

Want a copy first?

You can request a copy of your data from Settings before you delete anything.

Can't sign in?

If you can't get into your account, contact support from the address below and we'll help you verify ownership and complete the request.
